It is New Year’s Day and I am starting it off right with some clean eating.  What are you eating?

This morning I made 4 Ingredient Pancakes for my family.  We want to start the day off right with a clean breakfast.  Of course we would have loved to have a stack of buttermilk pancakes, but we kept it clean.  They were delicious; the whole family devoured them.  I hope you have a chance to make these!  See below for the recipe.

4 Ingredient Pancakes (Makes 4 Pancakes)

Ingredients:

1 Egg

1 Banana

2 Tbsp Almond Butter

2 Tbsp Flax Seed Meal

Directions:

Mix all of the ingredients together until it has an almost smooth consistency.  Ladle into a frying pan and cook evenly on both sides.  Enjoy.
